My request to you is that you make a special effort not only to collect patriotic songs but also enthuse young writers to write patriotic songs and conduct competition lise SARAGAMA etc on tv's.
Todays younger generation is not in a mood to give time for apna desh . They make only some slogans with temporary emotion when incidents like bombay blasts happen . I have been looking for a Marathi song. Unfortunately I remember only a few words or so. It's focus is on Maharashtra.
One of the line is 'Rakata desha, Kanakhara desha, Maharashtra desha....
